2-Transferring Notes to Google Docs:

If you have written a short note in the Google Keep app, and you want to add more details and edit the text, you can transfer the note to Google Docs and start editing it there. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Open a new document in Google Docs on your desktop version.
  2. Click on the button with the arrow icon located in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click on the Google Keep icon located on the right side of the screen, and you will see all the notes you have written in Google Keep.
  4. Click on the three-dot button next to the note you want to add to the document.
  5. Click on the "Add to document" option.
This method only works in the desktop version of Google Docs. If you want to use the mobile version, follow these steps:
  1. Open any note inside the Google Keep app on your phone.
  2. Tap on the three-dot button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on the "Send" button.
  4. Tap on the "Copy to Google Docs" option.
If you didn't add a title to the note, it will be saved automatically as "Google Keep Document" in Google Docs.

3- Creating categories for notes in Google Keep:

Creating labels in Google Keep helps organize your notes and make them easily accessible. To create a new label, follow these steps:
  1. Open any note in the Google Keep app.
  2. Click on the three-dot button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Labels" option.
  4. Click on "Enter label name" to create a new label.

You can then create multiple labels and organize your notes within them. To quickly access them, click on the three-line button located in the top-right corner of the Keep homepage, then click on the label name to access all the notes attached to it.

4- Installing the Chrome extension to quickly add images or web pages to Keep:

The Google Keep extension is available for the Chrome browser, which allows you to easily add any web page or image to Google Keep. Here's how to do it:
  • Open the Chrome browser and install the Google Keep extension.
  • Right-click on an image or anywhere on a specific web page.

You can copy text from an image saved in Google Keep notes to move or edit it elsewhere. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open the saved image inside Google Keep.
  2. Click on the image, then click on the three-dot button in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on the "Grab image text" option.
  4. The app will copy the text and add it underneath the image where you can edit or copy and paste it into another application.
