Neeva search - A Google employee launches a new search engine that does not spy on you and does not contain ads

In the world of searches, Google is omnipresent and unbeatable. Even a giant the size of Microsoft could not challenge Google's almighty supremacy in the search engine market. However, two ex-Google executives decided to battle it out by launching a new search engine called Neeva, which completely ignores advertising and tracking.

Neeva, who grew up in 2019 and is based in California, just arrived in other regions on Thursday. The private search engine prides itself on searching for information not only on the web but also in personal files such as emails and other types of documents.
The main strength of Neeva is that it does not display ads in search results and does not collect personal data from users.

Leading is Neeva Sridhar Ramaswamy, Head of Billion Dollar Advertising at Google until 2017, and Vivek Raghunathan, former Vice President of YouTube Monetization.

Neeva also has a premium method that allows the internet user for just $5 per month extra services like a password manager and a VPN service to be able to surf the internet anonymously. The free version of Neeva is only available and exclusive at the moment.

According to Ramaswamy, the biggest challenge his company currently faces is neither the quality of the searches nor Neeva's funding. "The biggest challenge is the lack of choice," he says. He asserts that a large portion of Internet users do not realize that there are completely safe alternatives to major search engines.
